3. Payment Gateway

All transactions are securely processed through Airpay payment gateway. Siliguri Taxation Bar Association is not responsible for payment failures caused by banking systems, internet issues, or gateway downtime.

4. Transaction Confirmation

After successful payment, a confirmation receipt or acknowledgment will be generated. Members are advised to keep a copy of the transaction details for future reference.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Any refund request will be subject to approval by the association management committee.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interrupt or damage website functionality
